One of La Barque Bleue’s commitments is to work mainly with local partners. We therefore adapt our menu according to the period in order to use as many seasonal products as possible.

Our chef composes and prepares each dish on the menu using only fresh produce. He thinks and creates all the dishes on his menu with great care, and carefully selects each product..
HOME MADE
From starter to dessert, each dish on the menu is entirely homemade. Specializing in sea and freshwater fish, all our dishes are cooked, seasoned and prepared in our kitchens.
